PAYMENT METHODS

SHIPPING INFORMATION
Product will be posted worldwide from the UK with international orders charged depending on product weight and destination Air Zone (Europe or Rest of World). Except for Cyprus, where local postal service is used.
Please note that we are unable to offer or guarantee a specific delivery time for when your order will be delivered.
International Delivery:
Please allow a minimum of 14 working days. An email will be sent when product is sent out. Please be aware that we are occasionally required to make additional checks on your payment method or address details and this may delay your order. Your credit card security is paramount.
International Destinations:
When entering your postal address, if your country does not appear in the pull down selection menu, this means we do not currently ship to your region.

CANCELLATION POLICY
If you wish to cancel an order, cancellation must be made within 24 hours of the order being processed. There will be no refunds; if your book is damaged we can offer only an exchange.
EXCHANGING GOODS
Reason for return:
If you were to receive a defective/damaged item, please notify us within three working days of when you received the product to qualify for an exchange. If you fail to provide us with a prompt notification, we may not authorize your exchange.
Please state on the returns slip printed on the reverse of your dispatch note if you require an exchange.
Please allow three working days from our receipt of your returned items for an exchange to be processed. A confirmation email will be sent once the exchange has been processed.
Regrettably, on rare occasions mistakes with orders can occur. If the item(s) you have received are not as ordered, or you have an item(s) missing, please contact our Customer Service at sales@baghdatis.com and quote your order number for advice on how to proceed. We ask that any discrepancies be reported to us within five days of receipt.
How To Return Items To Us:
We recommend that you return items using a Mail Registered post service with compensation coverage and obtain a certificate of posting for you records, as we cannot be held responsible for items that are lost in the post when being returned to us.
