Marcos will open his 2010 Wimbledon campaign against Lukas Lacko on Tuesday at the All England Lawn Tennis Club.
World No. 75 Lacko comes into the match with an 11-14 record on the season, highlighted by quarter-final showings in Chennai, Zagreb, Memphis, and two weeks ago on grass in Halle. The Slovakian is playing in the main draw at Wimbledon for the second time, following a first-round exit to Ivo Karlovic as a qualifier last year.
It will be the first time Marcos has played against the 22-year-old Lacko.
The match will take place third on Court 5, with play for the day beginning at 12 noon local time (2pm Cyprus). Marcos’ match follows a ladies’ singles match featuring Agnieszka Radwanska and a men’s singles match featuring James Blake.
