Marcos will open his campaign at the BMW Open on Tuesday against German qualifier Peter Gojowczyk.
World No. 384 Gojowczyk will be playing the first ATP World Tour-level match of his career after qualifying into the main draw with victories over Martin Klizan, Julian Lenz and Christopher Kas.
The Munich native, aged 20, has won only one all year, reaching the second round in qualifying for an ATP Challenger Tour event in Monza last month.
The match has received Center Court billing and will be played first on Tuesday in Munich, with play beginning at 12noon local time (1pm Cyprus). Check out the full order of play here.
