Marcos has committed to making his debut at the Delray Beach International Tennis Championships that will be played February 21-March 1 at the Delray Beach Stadium and Tennis Center in Florida.
“I’m very excited to be playing in Delray Beach for the first time,” said Marcos. “I’ve heard nothing but great things about the tournament, fans and the city. I look forward to competing against the other top players.”
Tournament director Mark Baron is delighted that Marcos is heading to Delray Beach, where he will join the likes of former champion Tommy Haas and Mardy Fish.
“Marcos’ enthusiasm is infectious and our crowds are going to have a blast with him. Many consider him to be the most entertaining player in the game. To be able to see his athleticism and gamesmanship in a stadium this intimate is going to be something really special.”

Marcos will also be a part of an all-star quality field at the ATP World Tour 500 Regions Morgan Keegan Championships at The Racquet Club in Memphis, the week before the event at Delray Beach.
