In the first round of the Mutua Madrilena Madrid Open, the third and final ATP World Tour Masters 1000 clay-court tournament, Marcos will face Swiss Marco Chiudinelli on Tuesday at the Caja Magica.
Marcos will be very familiar with his opponent, having played him just last week in the second round of the BMW Open in Munich, a match Marcos won comfortably in straight sets.
World No. 66 Chiudinelli has struggled for form this season, only winning four tour-level matches so far. His best results have come on the ATP Challenger Tour, with a quarter-final showing in Athens his highlight.
The match will take place on Stadium 3, starting not before 2pm local time (3pm Cyprus). Check out the full order of play here.
